State Road 727 (SR 727) is a 6.755-mile-long (10.871 km) state highway in the Pensacola metropolitan area. It is one of four "misnumbered" state road 7xx highways in the Pensacola area. It is locally known as West Fairfield Drive and South Fairfield Drive. Its southern terminus is at an intersection with SR 292 (Gulf Beach Highway).

State Road 865 (SR 865) and County Road 865 (CR 865) are a series of roads serving Lee County, Florida.Originally a continuous state road extending from Bonita Springs to Tice by way of Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers, SR 865 now consists of two segments connected by a part of CR 865, which also extends to the north and south of the state segments.
County Road 78 exists in two sections that were both formerly State Road 78. [5] The western section runs along Pine Island Road from SR 78 / CR 765 / CR 884 in Cape Coral to CR 767 in Pine Island Center, and the eastern section runs along North River Road from SR 31 in North Fort Myers to the Hendry County line in Alva, continuing east into Hendry County.

U.S. Highway 29 (US 29) in the state of Florida is the westernmost north–south United States Numbered Highway in the state. It runs 43.7 miles (70.3 km) from downtown Pensacola north to the Alabama state line entirely within Escambia County.
Currently, the highway consists of State Road 884, and two segments of County Road 884 on each end, and the entire highway is about 37.5 miles (60.4 km) long. The highway runs through the southern incorporated limits of the city of Fort Myers and through the mid part of Cape Coral, and has become a major commuter route.
