The Bois de Vincennes, on the eastern edge of the city, is the largest park in Paris. The Bois de Vincennes has a total area of 995 hectares [2] (2,459 acres), making it slightly larger than the Bois de Boulogne, (846 hectares / 2,091 acres), the other great Parisian landscape park located at the western side of the city. Parc Monceau (French pronunciation: [paʁk mɔ̃so]; English: Monceau Park) is a public park situated in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France, at the junction of the Boulevard de Courcelles, Rue de Prony and Rue Georges Berger. At the main entrance is a rotunda. The park covers an area of 8.2 hectares (20 acres).
