The Montauk Association Historic District is a 100-acre (40 ha) historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. It is a complex of large Shingle style cottages for wealthy New York City families' summer use, designed by McKim, Mead and White within a site plan designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in 1881.
Kenwood is a house on the St George's Hill estate, Weybridge, Surrey, England. Originally called the Brown House, it was designed by architect T. A. Allen, and built in 1913 by Love & Sons, a local building firm. The estate was constructed around the Weybridge Golf Club, which was designed in 1912 by Harry Colt.
In 1975, the Adams House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, qualifying both because of its historically significant architecture and its place in local history. It is one of nine National Register-listed locations in and around Olmsted Falls and North Olmsted ; only Fort Hill was designated earlier.

Part of the original plan showed “Overlook Park” with steps leading to it at the end of Monument Avenue. It was never constructed and in its place is a huge house on top of the hill. In 1912, a southern portion left to join North Olmsted. The remaining township residents formed Dover Village in 1913, taking with it a portion of Olmsted Township. In order to avoid confusion with the city of Dover in Tuscarawas County, [7] Dover Village was renamed Westlake in 1940. [8] The village of Westlake became a city in 1957. [1]
