If your Mail settings don't have Rich Text or HTML enabled, you could have problems with viewing images in forwarded emails. These settings can be enabled from the Mail Settings page. Send image as an attachment: If you've sent an image in an email, but your recipient didn't receive it there may have been a problem with the way the file was sent.
1. From the inbox, click Compose. 2. In the "To" field, type the name or email address of your contact. 3. In the "Subject" field, type a brief summary of the email. 4. Type your message in the body of the email. 5. Click Send. Want to write your message using the full screen? Click the Expand email icon at the top of the message.
Change any of the following settings, then click Save to finalize your selection: • Cc/Bcc Select whether or not you want Cc/Bcc displayed. • Default Compose Mode Select how you want the compose screen displayed. • Write mail in a pop-up screen. • Write mail in full plane compose. • Write mail in a separate window.
Check the attachments. The image sent may have been sent as an attachment rather than an embedded image. If the image is sent as an attachment, you'll need to download it before you can view the image. Reset your web settings. Sometimes installing multiple browsers can result in your web settings getting changed.
In AOL Mail, click Compose. Click the Attach icon. - Your computer's file manager will open. Find and select the file or image you'd like to attach. Click Open. The file or image will be attached below the body of the email.
