    Back on Civ 2, for instance, I'd replaced most of the nations with my own, Balheri, Adne, and so on, with city names of their own, leader names of their own, and everything else. This is good, especially in scenarios with protagonists speaking that language (There is a Catalan scenario that benefits greatly from this.).
