Wickham is a village located in Hampshire, just north of Fareham. The historic village square is home to a number of bars, restaurants, boutique shops and hotels. Wickham is also home to the historic Chesapeake Mill, built from the timbers of HMS Chesapeake. Apart from 2008/2009, the festival has taken place in Wickham since 2006.
It is in Hampshire, located approximately 85 kilometres southwest of London, and was established in September 1975. [1] Its purpose is to introduce new works to a private audience of individuals connected with theatre, television, and film in order to determine their future potential and viable commercialism.

Annually there is a Summer Village Fete, annual Christmas light switch on, quiz, and a fireworks night. These are mostly organised by the Little London Playing Field Association. A newly built German all glass Hauf Haus has been recently built and overlooks the village surroundings.
