The five-storey shopping mall is located at Rockwell Drive corner Estrella Street in Barangay Poblacion, Makati. It is part of the Rockwell Center, which includes the One Rockwell West Tower, the ninth tallest building in the metropolis.
Rockwell Center is a high-end mixed-use neighborhood in the Poblacion area of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, named after James Rockwell, former President of Manila Electric Railroad and Light Company (Meralco). [1]
The first enclosed shopping mall in the metropolis was Crystal Arcade located along Escolta Street in the downtown district of Binondo. This art deco building designed by Andrés Luna de San Pedro also housed the Manila Stock Exchange and was the Philippines' first air-conditioned building inaugurated on June 1, 1932.
