Woodbine is a city in and the county seat of Camden County, Georgia, United States, an original county established when the state constitution was adopted in 1777. [5] [6] The population was 1,062 at the 2020 census, down from 1,412 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kingsland, Georgia Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Rural Felicity Plantation was a plantation, occupying around 1,300 acres (530 ha) of land, [1] in Camden County, Province of Georgia.Located on the southern banks of the Little Satilla River, it was given by the State of Georgia to John Hais Hardee Sr. in 1787 for his distinguished service during the American Revolutionary War. The Camden County Courthouse (or Old Camden County Courthouse) is a two-story courthouse in the US city of Woodbine, Georgia. The courthouse was entered into the United States' National Register of Historic Places in 1980; [ 1 ] it is a contributing building in the Woodbine Historic District , which was listed on the NRHP in 1999.
