    I have received nothing in the mail from SRS. The voices that left the messages: the first two sets of calls, the first message was in a woman's voice with a slight British accent. The second message was in a man's voice with a strong southern or western accent. The most recent calls, both messages were the same voice, a man with no accent.

    It might be worth the extra bucks to keep the collection off of your credit report. On the other hand, if you just pay AT&T and dispute with the credit bureaus, they could remove the collection. If you just pay AT&T, the collection could come off of your credit report on its own. The surest way to keep it off is a pay for delete.
