Belleair Bluffs is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area, more commonly known as the Tampa Bay Area. The City of Belleair Bluffs was officially incorporated as a municipality. [1] [2] The population was 2,311 at the 2020 census.
It was the home of inventor, engineer, industrial designer, and philanthropist Donald Roebling (1908–1959). It is located on the channel at 700 Spottiswoode Lane in Clearwater.
The Florida Land Boom was in full swing in 1924, when the company's vice president and hotel manager Earl E. Carley announced a new real estate venture of Belleair Estates. Belleair Estates was designed by famed landscape architect John Nolen and was intended as Florida's most exclusive winter residential colony.

The Colonial Estate (also known as the Tucker/Ivey House) is a historic site in Kissimmee, Florida. It is located at 2450 Old Dixie Highway. On January 3, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. This home was built c. 1916 by J. Wade Tucker, a lumber baron from Georgia.
