I have cleared the cache and I have done a refresh of the Firefox browser but nothing worked. So, I will contact their help desk and see if they can figure it out. I also installed the DuckDuckGo browser and the games worked in that browser so I am sure it is an issue with Firefox. In the meantime, I'll play the games on a different browser.
