We replaced just our shower trim and switched out the gold for an antique bronze (brown) look. the framed replacement cost us like $750, and the frameless was quoted for like $1500. They did not save any of the glass. We used glass and mirror specialists based out of Double Oak (Flower Mound area).
It depends on how you plan to waterproof the shower. If you're going with Kerdi or Redguard type of waterproofing, then just frame out the bench when you frame the shower. Cover everything up and waterproof the entire shower. If you're going with traditional shower build, then follow Beers advice.
A neighbor has used the shower facilities and said "There worth less than the quarter I had to pay for them." Still, it is quite convenient. chico. 4:09p, 5/5/08. AG. additional showers located in the fitness center, right next to the swim pool. I think they're <$1.00 to use.
I was thinking of something like 4'x4' using a 2"x2" frame with 2"x4"s on the inside for the door jam. the floor will be a 2"x6" crossed braced floor (with plywood) slightly raised off the gound on 4 PT 4"x4"corner posts. I am looking for plans to build off of and possibly customize.
The Ghost of Johnny. 4:06p, 10/30/24. AG. Some lady's kids just swing their car door wide open and hit mine. It probably scratched it, but there's a couple there already so it's hard to tell. On a picture-perfect Friday evening at Blue Bell Park, Michael Earley’s Fightin’ Texas Aggies concluded their fall slate with a 13-1 exhibition victory over the Houston Cougars. Without further adu, here are my takeaways from the 11-inning ballgame: 1. Playing sloppy defensive, the pitching staff more than made up for it.

S&W 43C review. It's an airweight, no lock 8 round J frame in 22LR. About the same weight as a 340PD. Front sight is pretty junk, but removable. I might put a "good" fiber optic on it, if I can find one, or one similar to the one on my 340PD. Surprisingly decent trigger, for stock. I think the 8 rounds helps.
BigSneezy. 5:55a, 10/19/24. This is a HUGE game. Huge. Enormous! Seriously. Not because it's an indicator of anything as far as a win, State is not a great team. But because we usually start out downwards spiral right about now. If we squeak out a win or lose, most will see A&M as the same team as always. But if we come out and play State like ...
