Thaal Sinestro (/ s ɪ ˈ n ɛ s t r oʊ /) (or simply Sinestro) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, particularly those featuring Green Lantern. Created by John Broome and Gil Kane , Sinestro is a former Green Lantern Corps member who was dishonorably discharged for abusing his power.
Sinestro was able to restore their rings' powers through his power battery, but Atrocitus still had the upper hand.
