The building is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, overseen by David Pontarini. Number One Bloor features over 2,500 m 2 (27,000 sq ft) of resort-inspired amenities on the sixth and seventh floors designed by Cecconi Simone.

B+H worked on the Ed Lumley Centre for Engineering Innovation for the University of Windsor, in 2013. [9] In 2016, B+H completed a project with Hariri Pontarini Architects on the Faculty of Law, Jackman Law Building, for the University of Toronto. This renovation and expansion project won a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence in 2013.
