Anchorage. Limited services are offered on Friday afternoons: Nesbett courthouse - will accept email & hand delivered filings, and accept/process records requests. Search Cases. A search of court case records on this website is NOT a criminal history records check of a person. Some court case records do not ever appear on CourtView and some case records are removed after a time period, as provided by statute, court rule, or court order.

Domestic Violence, Stalking or Sexual Assault. You can petition for a protective order during regular court hours. The Anchorage court has extended hours at the Boney Courthouse, 303 K St., for protective order petitions Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday noon – 8 pm.
