This has been happening to us for about 4 months now, Zip Code 15563. We’ve called Xfinity multiple times now but nothing has changed!! Xfinity needs to send someone out or check your signal. My mom lives in Somerset (15501) and same is happening to her. Happens at 7:00am-Good Morning America, 11:00am-The View and 6:30-ABC World News.
Under "I want to" select: "Check tv listings". It pulls up on TV Guide grid with all your current channels It works nice for seeing whats on. I chose to shorten list under selecting filter and selecting "Free to me" and "HD" as an example.

I want to print my channel lineup. Not with logos or a list that will take 12 pages. A simple list of al of the channels available to me in numerical order. Please do not point me to the channel lineup by Plan. Please don't point me to the list that has all of the logos and will take 50 pages to print.
The three channel lineups, printable side-by-side as they can be viewed online. Again, what you show on a webpage CANNOT be printed. Retain this customer, allow us to review all lineups so we can identity the channels we currently need. Or we look at the Streaming package & decide if we can survive with it's channels.
