Orange County Choppers is the second spin-off series of the American Chopper franchise. The show ran for one season on CMT with a 2-hour "pilot" and eight episodes between August 18, 2013 and January 11, 2014. While he is digging Chopper is laughing and joking with his assailant and asks the man to remove his cuffs to allow to him dig more freely.
