The Grade School finally resettled as Assumption Antipolo along Sumulong Highway on 11 September 1974, with the Preschool staying in San Lorenzo. Assumption Antipolo, on the other hand, had its Preschool, to which it added a Kindergarten level in 1984. A High School was opened for First Year in school year 1987-88.

Antipolo was initially represented as part of the at-large district of Morong in the Malolos Congress from 1898 to 1899. The then-town was later incorporated to the province of Rizal , established in 1901, and was represented as part of the second district of Rizal from 1907 to 1941 and from 1945 to 1972.
With the college department spun off, La Salle College Antipolo focused on providing basic education from kindergarten to senior high school. In 2019, LSCA opened the preschool campus at the town proper of Antipolo offering Nursery 1, Nursery 2, and Kindergarten. The campus is situated on Sen. L. Sumulong Street in San Jose, Antipolo.
