Pennsylvania Route 407 (PA 407) is a 12.5-mile-long (20.1 km) state highway located in Lackawanna and Susquehanna counties in Pennsylvania.The southern terminus is at U.S. Route 6 (US 6)/US 11 in South Abington Township, Pennsylvania near Clarks Summit near the northern terminus of Interstate 476 (I-476), also known as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension.

US 30, the Raystown Branch Juniata River, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike pass southeast through The Narrows, a gap in Evitts Mountain. Here, US 30 intersects the northern terminus of PA 326 and curves northeast, crossing over the river and under the turnpike. The route becomes a five-lane road with a center left-turn lane, curving east.
Following this interchange, I-95 passes over PA 413 and heads east along the four-lane Pennsylvania Turnpike, although I-95 is not signed as part of the turnpike. The route runs through wooded areas with nearby development. Farther east, the road crosses Mill Creek and reaches a trumpet interchange connecting to US 13.
