In 1969, after Singapore introduced the junior college system, Victoria School started offering three-year pre-university courses in 1979. [ 1 ] The school building was designed by Frank Dorrington Ward, the chief architect of the Public Works Department who also designed the Supreme Court Building and other prominent landmarks in Singapore.
