For the life of me I don’t know why they put the old inners back on. Anyways, my steering wheel was making a bump/knock sound when I would turn the wheel any direction. I didn’t get a pump whining noise, just a very faint bump/clunk sound When the wheel was turning. Very noticeable if you wiggled the wheel back and forth.
