Kim was born on April 23, 1953, in Seoul, as the second daughter of Kim Sun Sung, an entrepreneur who owned a transportation company. In 1971, when she was in her last year of high school, Kim joined Shin Jung-hyeon's band to record film soundtracks for The Women in the Waiting Room and Wolves and Cats.
In 2007, they went on hiatus due to Kim Jong-min and Bbaek Ga needing to fulfill their military services. Kim Jong-min (Korean: 김종민; born September 24, 1979) [2] is a South Korean singer, dancer and television personality. He has been a member of the K-pop group Koyote since 2000 [ 3 ] and a cast member of the variety show 2 Days & 1 Night since 2007.
The group consists of three members: G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung. Originally a five-piece band, Seungri retired from the entertainment industry in March 2019 [2] and T.O.P left in May 2023. [3] Dubbed the "Kings of K-pop", they helped spread the Korean Wave internationally and are considered one of the most influential acts in K-pop.
