The scribble feature on Apple Watch does not present me with the option to enter the number 0 (zero). I scribble a lower case 'o' and then try to change it using the scroll wheel on the right of the watch frame, but no zero is there to choose. Does anyone have a recommendation for entering a password on an Apple watch?

If I deliberately press the lower caps key before I type, iOS should get the idea. Making it absolutely impossible, without disabling the feature alltogether, to type an initial lower case letter is insane (my first iPhone 7; very disappointed with thoughtless interface issues like this).
Hi. When using Scribble, Apple Watch will capitalise words as it believes that you intend to write them. After drawing a capital letter, if a lower case letter is typed instead, then turn the Digital Crown to select the capitalised version as a replacement.
If uppercase character is used encircle the alphabet , just for your memory and draw an arrow in front of it showing upper case alphabet , for a space between two words draw an arrow in between them and write as space .
When you type on the iPad keyboard, it should automatically use lower case letters. Tap on the arrow next to the letter "Z" in order to turn capital letters on the arrow will be in blue. Tap on it twice until the square turns blue with the arrow in white - in order to type in all caps. That is the caps lock key.
Opened back cover case, dissasembled some parts like fan, battery, etc. and cleaned keyboard flat cable, and then inserted in it's slot, and then keyboard worked excellent, after 1-2 days of using again same problem with strange characters, so it seems definetely i'll have to replace keyboard.

Are you using the on-screen keyboard? Can you press the shift key to toggle between upper and lower case? On my iPad1, Dropbox's logon screen doesn't force an uppercase initially. Many other apps will, especially typing apps like email or note-taking, but you should be able to switch by pressing shift. But I did not have to shift on Dropbox's ...
