    These stands are primiliary for muzzle and rifle not really set up for archery in mind although one is close to a deer path and would work for archery. the feeder is in a bow about 150 x 120 yards with trees all around it. The edge of this bowl is low and in places can hold water then rises to higher ground on two sides.

    Setting in a treestand without the use of bait, in a natural setting , is not baiting and waiting.You are relying on your skills as a hunter, to blend in with the environment, being undetected . You are also using your skills to access the surrounding area and attempt to take game without the use of bait not normally part of the landscape.

    The buyer happened to be there as well. Saying he bought it "as is" saying my tractor, disks, harrows, wheat drill, etc that I farmed that ground with, went with the sale, as well as several deer stands. We are going to make a concerted effort to get the equipment off the property this weekend.
