Punk Hazard + Dressrosa were basically an entire saga on their own, and totaled about 150 chapters. That's a bit more than the Alabasta saga (117 chapters), but then, it had to also introduce an entire fleet of allies that will play an important role later, and about half of it involved the full crew (which is much bigger than it was during Alabasta).
Ive been on this arc for ages bruh. The pacing is just pain. It literally took like 60-70 episodes just to reach the end of the tournament, and they keep showing like 5 mins of the doffy, luffy and law fight. They keep dragging it out so much and im honestly sick of it. I got mad to the point where i temporarily took a break from one piece.
The wiki says Dressrosa officially starts chapter 700, going 100 chapters and ending with chapter 801. Chapter 700 corresponds to episode 629 in the anime. Following the 1-episode = 1-chapter rule. Dressrosa SHOULD end with episode 730. Come back in a couple months and it should be about over.
This is happening because the manga and the anime are pretty close at the moment. Usually, an anime makes fillers in cases such as this. However, One Piece fillers are rare, and the one that we did get prior to the Dressrosa Arc: Caesar’s Retrieval Arc, was only 3 episodes long. We also got the 3D2Y Special, but it still doesn’t seem to be ...

If I remember correctly then it should be 12 more episodes (next ep would be chapter 790 and dressrosa ends at chapter 801). That'd be about 3 months from now on. And afterwards they are hopefully gonna add a ton of filler (I doubt they'll add more than 10 or so) so it'll take a while until you can watch the next arc
The anime is at -around- Chapter 783. The arc ends at around Chapter 801. The anime has been going at a one-chapter-per-episode basis for a very long time now, so I think it's safe to say that we'll be out of the Dressrosa Arc in the anime in 18 weeks, or some time in early May 2016.
Frankly I've been struggling with it since the end of Fishman Island. I tried going Manga exclusive around Punk Hazard because it was dragging too much. But every single arc of the New World has struggled to really get me invested the way Alabasta, Water 7/Enies Lobby, and the entire Marineford saga from Sabaody to the end of the war did.
Massive pacing issues. The anime got it even worse by being even longer at around 118 episodes. The anime arc is so long, you could start the series from the first episode and reach the end of the Alabasta arc and it'll be roughly the same length as the anime version of Dressrosa
Dressrosa was once a peaceful, yet poor, country ruled by King Riku. However, one night, Doflamingo came to the king's palace and declared that Dressrosa was rightfully his property. Doflamingo used his String-String Devil Fruit to control the king's movements and forced him to go through the country and slash the civilians, which caused them ...
