The House of Representatives of Nepal is the lower house of the country's Federal Parliament. It is housed at the International Convention Centre, in Kathmandu, the capital. [3] The National Assembly under the 1990 Constitution was dissolved on 15 January 2007 and replaced by a unicameral Interim Legislature .
