His real name is unknown. In the Nippon TV anime, his name is given as "Ganari" (我成). In the TV Asahi version, he was once named Eiichirou Senjou (先生 えいいちろう, Senjō Eiichirō), whose family name happens to mean "teacher" but is read differently. In the English dub, he is called Mr S.
Doraemon (Japanese: ドラえもん) is a fictional title character in the Japanese manga and anime eponymous series of the same name created by Fujiko Fujio. Doraemon is a male robotic earless cat that travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a preteen boy named Nobita Nobi .
The manga is in full-color available in English on Amazon Kindle in North America. As of October 16, 2016 a total of 200 volumes have been released. On December 27, 2017, the 17 Doraemon Long Stories volumes that were written by Fujiko F. Fujio were also released in full-color on Amazon Kindle.

The Doraemons (ザ☆ドラえもんズ, Za Doraemonzu) is a Japanese manga series that is a spin-off of the long-running Doraemon series. [1]The subseries includes two versions of the manga by Michiaki Tanaka (田中 道明, Tanaka Michiaki) and Yukihiro Mitani (三谷 幸広, Mitani Yukihiro) [2] from 1995 to 2003, as well as a series of animated short films from 1996 to 2002.
The series was adapted to a line of Doraemon films and various remakes, released in Japan cinemas between 1980 and 2004, and back into a separate manga series with screenshots taken from the films. The first 17 were released digitally on Amazon Kindle in color, translated in English for the North American market, on December 27, 2017.
Uncle and His Elephant (ゾウとおじさん) is a short story in the manga and anime series Doraemon, the anime episodes were translated as The Elephant and the Uncle.It tells the story of Nobita Nobi and Doraemon traveling back in time to Japan during World War II to rescue an elephant destined for slaughter.
