Qimmit a Clash of Two Truths [1] or Qimmit, un choc deux vérités [2] (French title) is a 2010 Canadian documentary film directed by Joelie Sanguya and Ole Gjerstad about the Inuit and events in the years around 1960 that affected their semi-nomadic lifestyle and in particular the killing of their sled dogs (Qimmit). A sled dog operator also filed a similar complaint with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation after the film was broadcast on Documentary Channel in 2017, resulting in a report by CBC ombudsman Esther Enkin.
