Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach, New York to Morristown Municipal Airport in Whippany, New Jersey, crashed in Hicksville, New York after experiencing an engine failure and being guided to Grumman Bethpage Airport (which by had been redeveloped prior to the accident).
