In typography, a bullet or bullet point, •, is a typographical symbol or glyph used to introduce items in a list. For example: • Item 1 • Item 2 • Item 3. The bullet symbol may take any of a variety of shapes, such as circular, square, diamond or arrow. Typical word processor software offers a wide selection of shapes and colors.
Blank lines between items of a numbered list will not only cause the same broken-list problems as in bulleted lists, but will also restart the numbering at "1". This cannot be fixed without complex markup (defeating ease-of-editing expectations), so double-spacing should always be avoided in numbered lists.

This template is very similar to {{unbulleted list}}, except that it automatically indents parts of long items that are wrapped onto a new line. This makes it easier to tell apart multiple such items when width is limited—e.g. in an {{ infobox }} —and eliminates the need for a bulleted list.

Multiref rendered weird in mobile, very weird on screen readers, and slightly weird on desktop Vector 2022. I fixed this by borrowing the styles from this template. Right now they render pretty much the same, and I think they have the same purpose. That raised the question for me of why are these separate.
