A recent edit added a claim that the piledriver is one of the most dangerous moves in wrestling. While I'd never claim that a piledriver is particularly safe, and there have been some injuries, I'm not sure that piledrivers are in general significantly more dangerous than any other slam to an experienced wrestler.
