8. Posted May 19, 2020. Way to frequently the server crashes or has some kind of hick up and it ends the game or similar. Game owes lost credit back. Or find a way to restart crashed race.

i determined that the problem was caused by accidentally pulling up lower apple menu, or occasionally pulling down the upper menu. This action did not always cause the race exit, but all observed race exits were preceded by an accidental slight opening of these menus. Help are aware of the issue, but the issue still occurs as far as I am aware.
The fact remains that Rules 15 and 16 are enforced way too narrowly (though I did actually see 16 called in a race today). My main gripe is the downwind Rule 18 port/starboard bug. That's such a basic, fundamental discrepancy that significantly alters strategy in the game. Also, the game doesn't apply Rule 18 to finish marks.
Ensuite, dans le menu des voiles, il ne montre également aucune voile supplémentaire et il semble qu'il n'utilise que les 2 de base, et montre également une vitesse indiquée des voiles par défaut. En suivant un cap optimal, je vois que les bateaux sur le même parcours avec le même vent vont beaucoup plus vite, donc ils ont la vitesse ...
Tried to check on things last night mow I only have an option to join the race. I have only had two email addresses and neither of the are now recognised. Tried to reset password but that doesn't work, cannot contact VR because you gave to be registered. Very frustrating anybody have ideas on what to try next.
Host duties include creating the race, starting the race, and taking screenshots of the results before they disappear. The host can race too. A lot has to happen outside the game like registration, setting divisions, sending out race codes, collecting results from hosts, and scoring the series. Not ideal but it works.
The game could be reset each 4th year. Using say the Van-de-globe as the new beginning for the next 4 years. To gain a status ought to be hard, with only the best 3 at the end of the season gaining one. Then all scores are levelled for the next season (4 years). This is just an idea, can be improved upon.
Also, there should not be a penalty for crossing the starting line prior to the race starting if you get back below the line before 0:00. There should only be a penalty if you are across the line at the moment the race starts. I think luffing the sails in this game is essentially the same as backwinding.
