I'm having trouble with getting a mod I manually installed to work, normally I use Vortex which is a mod manager. I'm given to understand the way to do so is just to download, extract, and place the mod in the data folder right?
My game crashes on startup whenever I run with any mods installed. I'm only using 3 mods: Nevada Skies, Interior Lighting Overhaul and Weapon mods expanded. I've tried with just one of each installed and it still crashes. I have them installed through NMM. Any suggestions?
Do I have to install Project Nevada first, and then the MCM menu afterwards? I know it says it's already intergrated but my mods still don't show up eitherway and depending on how I set it up, it says there's conflicting entries
works on my win 11. no mods. perhaps you are missing some libraries? morrowind, a 2002 game, also works on my pc. go to the game folder then Redists folder . install vcredist_x86.exe with admin permission. then go into the directx folder. install dxsetup.exe with admin permission. neither steam nor game installer changes your windows security.
In the past isn't wasn't a problem for me to install mods to make FNV more stable, but for some reason it causes problems now. My game is in compatibility mode (Windows 7) running on Windows 10. I've also tried re-installing the game, but it doesn't change anything.
