    I'm guessing this wasn't in Franklin, Cuyahoga, or Hamilton counties? Last time I tried to vote early in person it was a shit show in Franklin county. There's 1 location on Morse road for the whole county of over a million people. The parking lot was full and was spilling out onto Morse road.
