Anna Lee Quagmire, nicknamed Anal, is Glenn Quagmire's daughter that he didn't know about. She was left at her dad's doorstep by her mother, one of Glenn's one-night-stands. Her mother left her in a basket during a garage sale he held in "Quagmire's Baby".

In "Quagmire's Baby", it is revealed he has a daughter whom he named Anna Lee Quagmire. In " Tea Peter ", Quagmire marries a giraffe he's been seeing, saying he's glad they waited. 9 months later, she has a half-Quagmire baby; a Giraffe with Quagmire's face.
The couple who adopted Anna Lee, Quagmire's daughter, were the same couple seen standing at the reception desk of the adoption center when Peter, Joe and Quagmire first walked in. Possibly intentional, or perhaps using recycled characters.
