For months i've been intermitently feeling a burning sensation coming from under my big toes. I thought it might have been pressure from the beginnings of an ingrown toenail but that never materialized. I suspect neuropathy but haven't seen that particular symptom in anyone's reports. I was DX'd in 09 with A1c at 8.5 and FBG at 11.

It is not recommended to pre-fill syringes for this reason. I also get itching and bruising as well. My stomach has little bruises on it. I found that holding the syringe at a 90 degree angle rather than straight in helps with the burning and bruising. Some people bruise easier than others and I am not sure why.

Frankp877. 15 posts · Joined 2021. #4 · Jan 13, 2022. I must be completely out of whack. I see my BG actually go down on average of 10 points after exercising. Normally do 30-40 minutes of elliptical machine each morning. I'm type 2 and not on any meds but do a low carb diet. Frank. itissteve.
