I assume the One Month figure is meant to represent gain/loss for either the last 30 days or month-to-date. In either case, the figure I am seeing is not accurate.

I can't install .net framework 3.5 on my windows 10 dell precision m3800. When I install using the offline installer, it say that I need to enable .net framework 3.5 on windows features.
