I have recently purchased a new computer and I am unable to get to my MSN mail account. I can get Hotmail and Windows live mail, but cannot get to my msn mail. I'm still subscribed, so where did it go?? The old computer had Windows XP on it and I believe this one is Windows 7. I have not been able to find my msn mail account anywhere.
When I bought a new computer, I started using a different browser rather than the MSN explorer page. I am happy with this switch and don't plan to renew my MSN subscription when it expires but want to know if I can keep my msn email address and continue to access it via hotmail, even without this paid subscription.
If you want to migrate your email account to use the Msn premium software firstly you need to check if you have any email address @ q.com. If so you need to call qwest and migrate all your account information, once this is done you can call this number and sign up for the premium subscription 1-866-205-6768.
