Tumon Bay is a bay in the United States territory of Guam, opening to the Philippine Sea.It is bounded to the north by Two Lovers Point and to the south by Ypao Point. The entirety of the bay falls within the Tumon Bay Marine Preserve, also known as the Tumon Bay Marine Preserve Area (MPA) and Tumon Preserve, one of five marine preserves on Guam.
These sites are Tumon Bay Marine Preserve, located in the tourist center of Tumon, and Piti Bomb Holes Marine Preserve, along the coast of Piti. The number of divers at Piti Bomb Holes increased dramatically after access to a third location, Outhouse Beach on Apra Harbor , was restricted in 2001. [ 2 ]

The aquarium is managed and partly owned by U.S. Aquarium Team (USAT) and is located in 1245 Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon, Guam 96911, Mariana Islands]. The main exhibit is a 319-foot-long (97 m) tunnel under an 400,000-US-gallon (1,500,000 L) salt-water aquarium. The aquarium is involved with many conservation efforts on Guam.
Viewing platforms overlook Tumon Bay and the Philippine Sea. Two Lovers Point is Guam's most famous landmark. While the land is owned by the Government of Guam, the first term administration of Governor Carl Gutierrez (1995-1999) initiated a public-private partnership to develop the site with Calvo Enterprises, a company owned by former governor Paul McDonald Calvo.
