South Woodford is an area of East London, England, within the London Borough of Redbridge. It adjoins Woodford Green to the north, Walthamstow to the west, Snaresbrook and Wanstead to the south and Redbridge to the east, and is 8.9 miles (14.3 km) north-east of Charing Cross. Epping Forest runs adjacent to South Woodford in the west of the area.

Bridge is an electoral ward in the London Borough of Redbridge. The ward has existed since the creation of the borough on 1 April 1965 and was first used in the 1964 elections . It returns three councillors to Redbridge London Borough Council .
Its notable features include St Paul's Church, Woodford Bridge.There is a small Primary School and Nursery, Roding Primary School. There are also local amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants and cafe’s. St. Pauls Church offers a variety of services and a nearby lake located 100 metres to the right.
