My CPU never reaches over 3.2GHz even when my laptop is charging and on performance mode. It keeps throttling on many games and I dont know why it doesnt turbo fully.

This updates the processor and graphics driver. Get the update for the Nvidia graphics from Nvidia. This is the correct AMD driver for your laptop >.

Ryzen controller wont work on my laptop , even changing processor state isnt helping since if i change max processor state from 100% to 99%, my speed will be capped to 1.6ghz and im pretty sure that isnt normal since my base speed is at 2.10ghz so making max process state at 99% wont reduce the cpu clock by that much...

In the original website of AMD i found 22.9.1 which is not released before 2022 so where can i find the drivers before 2022.
