Weiner Math Apilado. Created on December 28, 2022. There's no Manila, Philippines in the list of time zones. There's no Manila, Philippines in the list. Because of this, the time zone I use at work is "China"! This just results to confusion on our end. Please add "Manila, Philippines". It won't hurt.

During Daylight saving time it is UTC + 2, according to ISO 8601. At start of DTS the windows clock is changed to show the correct value, but the timezone still is UTC+1. Applications I use are an hour behind every time a start them or windows. I have a couple of workarouds but a proper solution for this eroor in windows would be appriciated
