Drum is a 2004 film based on the life of South African investigative journalist Henry Nxumalo, who worked for Drum magazine, called "the first black lifestyle magazine in Africa". [1] It was director Zola Maseko 's first film and deals with the issues of apartheid and the forced removal of residents from Sophiatown .

"Drum" (Original title: Tabl, Persian: طبل) is a 2016 Iranian feature film, written and directed by Iranian independent director Keywan Karimi. The film depicts the story of a lawyer in Tehran City and is shot in black and white. Karimi has written the screenplay based on a book of the same name by Ali-Morad Fadaei-Nia. [1]
