Mi krop (Thai: หมี่กรอบ, pronounced [mìː krɔ̀ːp]), also spelled mee krob, is a Thai dish consisting of deep-fried rice vermicelli noodles with a sweet and sour sauce. Mi krop means "crisp noodles".
