Glen Allen is a village in central Bollinger County in Southeast Missouri, United States, located near the intersection of State Highway 34 and Route ZZ just west of Marble Hill. Bollinger County is part of the Cape Girardeau, MO–IL Metropolitan Statistical Area. The county is the home of the "Missouri dinosaur" discovered at an archaeological dig near Glen Allen in 1942. Blue Pond, the deepest natural pond in Missouri, is located in the southern portion of the county.
