Rob Scotcher (Robson Green, series 7) is Waterloo Road's Site Manager and the father of Aiden Scotcher. Rob quickly strikes a rapport with Karen Fisher, and also boosts the morale of the struggling Daniel Chalk. He begins dating Karen, but agrees to take back his wife, Naomi, for the sake of Aiden.
