Unified University and College Management System (UUCMS) is a flagship project initiated by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Karnataka in India. It is the first system of its kind in the country. [1] The state universities and autonomous institutions of Karnataka provide marks cards on DigiLocker using UUCMS. [2]

University B.D.T. College of Engineering (UBDTCE), Davangere, is located in the central part of Karnataka. The government of Madras granted land to establish a college and permitted the use of government hospitals for training medical students.
