The 2025 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team will represent Middle Tennessee State University as a member of Conference USA (C-USA) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Blue Raiders are expected to be led by Derek Mason in his second year as the head coach.

MT athletic teams participate in NCAA Division I (Bowl Subdivision in football) in Conference USA. MT competed in the Ohio Valley Conference until 2000, and the Sun Belt Conference until 2013.
