He wrote more than 60 books on various theological topics. His books include The Supernaturalness of Christ (1940), A Voice for God: The Life of Charles E. Fuller (1949, Reprint 2014), A Watchman on the Wall: The Life Story of Will H. Houghton (1951), Egypt in Biblical Prophecy (1957), and The Biblical Doctrine of Heaven (1968).
Fuller had a significant influence on John Piper, who studied under him at Fuller Seminary. In his foreword to Fuller's 1992 book The Unity of the Bible: Unfolding God's Plan for Humanity, Piper wrote, "No book besides the Bible has had a greater influence on my life than Daniel Fuller's The Unity of the Bible." Fuller helped establish the Children's Bible Hour in 1942, where he was chairman for 33 years. He also was on the board of the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE) for 52 years. A great love for the Bible was one of the distinguishing features of Fuller's life and ministry.
