Through the 1990s, Riff opened for Motörhead and AC/DC (at River Plate Stadium). The reunion ended in 1998, after their new album Que sea rock was released. After this, main man Pappo shared his time between his solo career, and sporadic reunions with Riff. The last show of the band took place at the Cosquín Rock Festival, on 4 February 2005.
Riff Raff took advantage of social media on Myspace, YouTube and WorldStarHipHop in late 2008, releasing songs, freestyle-videos, and sketch clips, which showcased his talent as slapstick and performance art. He did this with the help of his first talent manager, DB da Boss, whose studio provided recording and video services.

Riff Raff was a British progressive rock band formed by keyboardist Tommy Eyre in 1972. The band was a continuation on the back of drummers (and Harrow School of Art friends) Rod Coombes' and Joe Czarnecki (aka Joe Peter)'s project originally called 'Crikey' which started in 1969 and completed in 1970, when Coombes had to accept growing tour commitments with Juicy Lucy.
He was a member of popular Argentine rock bands such as Los Abuelos de la Nada, Engranaje, Los Gatos and Billy Bond y La Pesada del Rock and Roll. He also founded the blues rock band Pappo's Blues; the hard rock band Aeroblus, in the 1970s; and the heavy metal band Riff in the 1980s. He also founded a band in United States called The Widowmakers.
